Welcome friends to Eggblog blog, today I will show you how to insert or add Google Maps widget in Blogger blog with images.
What is the map tool?
The map widget helps us to display our location on a map and we can easily embed our site map in blog or website pages in just single parts.
Why do we need to add Google Maps widget to blog?
As we know, map can help us to know the locations, but when we include our office location map in our blog or website, this will be very helpful for our clients as they can easily get our office location and reach it quickly, so let's get started now.
These are the following steps:-
Step 1: First we open Google MapsGoogle Maps and search our office address, search “India” and then click on share icon.
Step 2: Now a new box appears in the middle of the screen, here you can click on the “Embed Map” tab and click on the “Copy HTML” link.
Step 3: Here open your Blogger blog control panel and click on the Pages option, now select the page you want to add the map widget to, so you clicked on the Contact Us page title.
Step 4: Now click on the pencil button that appears on the top-right side of the Blogger blog editor and click on View HTML.
Step 5: Here we find out where we want to display the office sitemap, now we paste the map embed code into the HTML view and then click the Update button.
Step 6: Now open the Blogger blog to check the results.
